Clona shall have the right to process personal data provided by the Customer, to enable Clona  to fulfil its legal and contractual obligations in its capacity as a Dairy products/Food supplier.
Personal data may also be used based on the legitimate interests pursued by Clona or by a third party,
Clona is a Controller of the personal data you (the data subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data from you.

Personal Data: Name, your address and contact details.

Purposes of processing data

Clona may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

Improve customer service

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently

To process payments

We may use the information provided to process payments (Direct debits) for goods purchased. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send periodic emails

It may be used to respond to inquiries, questions and/or other requests

This purpose refers to the processing of personal data as necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which Clona is subject. The Personal data will be stored, as per our retention schedule, for no longer than necessary considering the purposes of the processing activities as per our Data Retention Schedule.

Right of Access
