- 500g Soda Bread Flour
- 50g melted butter
- 300ml buttermilk
- 4 Rashers of Bacon Cooked and chopped into flakes
- 6 Scallions
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
To Serve:
- Whipped Cream

In a bowl add the flour, bacon flakes, cheese and mix together. Add the buttermilk and lightly combine. Add the chopped scallions and melted butter.
Tip mix out onto floured table and lightly knead.
Cut into desired shapes the size of the palm of your hand.
Head a flat or ribbed pan on medium heat and place soda breads on the pan. Turn after 5-6 minutes and cook for further 5-6 minutes.
Can also be baked in oven at 225 °C for 20 -25 minutes
