220g Flour
400g Caster Sugar
65g Cocoa
2 teaspoons Bicarbonate of Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Eggs
235mls Strong Coffee
235mls Clóna Buttermilk
120mls Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
For the frosting
345g Icing Sugar
30g Cocoa
85g Butter
75ml Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 175 deg C. Grease 2 x 9' round cake tins.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl for 2 minutes.
Pour into tins and bake for 30-40 minutes.
When cool, mix all the frosting ingredients together. Spread some on one cake, place the second cake on top and decorate with frosting.
