3 eggs
300g sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
400g flour
3 tsp baking powder
300ml Clóna Buttermilk
100g flaked almonds
50g sugar
100g butter
200ml Clóna cream
1. Pre heat oven to 200C
2. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy, add buttermilk
3. Sieve flour and baking powder over the egg mix and gently whisk until smooth
4. Spread dough onto a greased baking tray
5. Sprinkle almond/sugar mix over the cake
6. Bake for 20 mins at 200C
7. Bring cream and butter to boil and spoon over the hot cake
