It's Pancake Tuesday! Try these Clóna Buttermilk Pancakes...

Ingredients:
3 eggs
710ml Clóna Buttermilk
120ml milk
375g plain flour
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
75g unsalted butter, melted
Method:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients i.e. flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, beat together wet ingredients i.e. buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter. Keep the two mixtures separate until you are ready to cook.
3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, using a wooden spoon or fork to blend. Stir until it's just blended together. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/2 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
4. These are fantastic served hot with fresh blueberries and drizzled with maple syrup.
