Health & Wellbeing 2015 Show with Woman's Way & Clóna

Ireland’s top selling woman’s weekly Woman’s Way are kicking off their first Health & Wellbeing event in The Silver Springs Hotel in Cork on Saturday 9th May. The one-day event in association with Healthwave pharmacy and Hidden Hearing will be offering information, advice and support from experts covering all matter of health-related topics, alternative and complimentary therapies.

Irish broadcaster Andrea Hayes is set to join the Woman’s Way team in Cork to share her experience with chronic back pain and her journey of empowerment after 20 years of battling misdiagnosis, failed operations and despair. Woman’s Way Health & Wellbeing 2015 will also consist of a series of free seminars from top health professionals such as Nutritionist Emma Buckley, Cork native and Sleep Consultant Lucy Wolfe and Addiction Specialist Dr Hugh Gallagher on how to quit smoking. 

Due to the popularity of the dedicated wellbeing section in each issue of Woman’s Way, this new event offers loyal readers of Woman’s Way the chance to meet the experts, learn new ways of dealing with health problems and experience health tests in a safe and informal environment.
